School News

GCS has reached a new milestone! Senior class member, Madison Doise is the school's first student to make the Dean's List at Reynolds Community College. In order to be eligible for the Dean's List, a student must be registered in a least two classes and maintain a 3.5 GPA. Madison will graduate from GCS this spring with 15 dual enrollment college credits.

Athletic News

One of our goals at GCS is to help students establish a pathway for their future goals.  GCS junior class member, Kristopher Riggs recently met Shawn Postiglione, Head Men's Basketball Coach for Bridgewater College. Kristopher's aspirations are to play Division III Basketball and Bridgewater College is one of his top choices.

Congratulations to our Varsity Boys' Basketball team as they received the Sportsmanship Award for the Capital City Athletic Conference! Luke 6:31
